“These patches are the right balance of oestrogen and progestogen for me.They stop mood swings and hot flushes and give me a feeling of well being. I also feel they help my skin and bones to be maintained. However I would stop short of recommending to others because everyone is different and their doctor will prescribe. The patches are the same as those I get through the NHS: this pack is just an emergency supply when I am away from home.”
