As we are an online pharmacy unable to see you in a face-to-face consultation, we ask all of our patients to complete the brief online consultation so that our pharmacists have access to all of the pertinent information required to provide you with your medicine.
From the information you provided in the consultation and the product that you originally requested, the rash you are treating does not require a potent steroid that you have selected and our pharmacists recommended a slightly different treatment.
The reason for this is that a good tenet of medicine is that we should match the potency of the treatment to the severity of the condition.
As this has not had the desired outcome, our clinical team would like to discuss your symptoms in more detail as there are a number of different treatment options available to us.
