Customer satisfaction is something that is very important to us at the independent pharmacy and want to ensure all of our customers are happy with their order.
I am sorry to see that we do not stock the item you were originally looking to purchase, but I am pleased to see that we offer a range of alternative treatments which you have selected.
As a fully regulated online pharmacy, we prescribe medication within a set of clinical guidelines too ensure that patient health and well being is central to all we do. These guidelines are constantly being reviewed to ensure our practice meets the current regulations and is safe and effective as an online service and on this occasion we have decided not to stock Dermovate due to the nature of the product being more suited to a face to face consultation ensuring it is being used correctly to prevent our patients from any harm.
It appears that a number of other online pharmacies have taken a similar decision and whilst I understand that this limits the outlets you can purchase this item from, it is due to our desire to ensure all of our customers receive appropriate treatment which in this instance would be via a face to face consultation.
