“Bad patch of open, intractable psoriasis in bad place, and had used this cream many years ago. Couldn't get to see GP, so came online. It is a strong steroid and should be used with care, for a short time and tapered off to avoid a rebound. Please research it - it is not a cure but can be used carefully for control. It does the job, as much as anything against this horrible condition.”
