Thank you for bringing this to our attention; I am sorry to hear that the Betamethasone with Neomycin Cream was not as expected.
Please be reassured that we use the same suppliers as the main high-street pharmacy chains and all the medication is provided is brand new.
All medication is dispatched with an expiry date that should be sufficient for the intended use.
We have noticed that our suppliers are only providing us with a supply of this treatment that is within 12 months, and we do not anticipate expiry dates of 12+ months moving forward.
While we would not consider medication with more than 4 months supply to be shorted dated. we appreciate this may not be suitable for your needs.
