I am sorry to hear that the item received was not as expected and for any discomfort experienced.
The original Diprobase formulation was discontinued in late 2021 and replaced by a new, more advanced formula called Diprobase Advanced Eczema Cream.
However it sounds like the new formula isn't working as well for you therefore you may wish to try an alternative emollient such as one of the following: Epaderm, Zerobase, Cetraben, or Epimax.
