“After a long bout of the flu, followed by a chest infection I found that I had bad acid reflux which was making my throat sore and my voice very hoarse . I started taking Omeprazole just over two weeks ago whilst waiting to see an ENT consultant. I am happy to say that although my voice is still croaky, the acid reflux is improving and my consultant has advised me to continue with it for at least another 4 weeks. I have tried other PPI's in the past and had side effects, but with Omeprazole I dont have any.”
