“I haven't received my item due to the delivery company and I been super busy that I have had time to contact them But been contact about a redivery so where my parcel is god only knows”

Unfortunately, I am unable to find an email from you to our support inbox and we would certainly have ensured that this was promptly resolved, however we do understand that this is a very busy time of the year so we are now keen to ensure that this matter is resolved.
After checking your account I can see that your parcel was dispatched Friday 22nd December following your order being placed, with Royal Mail indicating that 2 delivery attempts were made on the next available working days Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th December.

Before finding this I was continually 'blocked up' and using a nasal decongestant spray several times a day. With Rhinolast I use it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I no longer have any nasal congestion.”
