Given the circumstances, I have arranged for a replacement order to be sent to you using a Royal Mail express delivery service in an effort to minimise any disruption to your treatment which I anticipate will arrive within the next 1-2 working days.
The original parcel will be returned to us directly to prevent any further delay in your treatment.
Once the order has been collected by the courier you will receive an email letting you know where you can follow the progress of your parcel on its way to you.
