“I have sub acute combined degeneration of the spinal cord - it affects all my joints and soft tissue - makes them stiff and painful with severe muscle cramps. due to stomach issues I cannot take NSAI - I wouldn't say the pain is enough for a strong prescription - although iIm sure one day it will be. paracetamol alone do not help.
These pain killers are great to take first thing in the morning to help get me moving - my mobility it bad and it does help improve it.
