From your order notes, I can see that your parcel was dispatched promptly to the courier the next working day following your request for medication.
The carrier let me know that your parcel was delivered on the 12th of July and I am sorry if you have not received this.
We do only use nationally recognised carriers who are able to provide a high level of service, and on this occasion, I wanted to apologise that this was not the case.
