“Order was processed quickly, however my order was amended and after about 4 weeks i am still waiting for a refund for the correct price even though i was assured it would happen. i also payed for 48 hour tracked delivery and it took about 5 days to arrive.”

I can see that your order was dispatched on Thursday 2nd December using our Free Tracked delivery service; the estimated delivery timescale is 2-4 working days.
I am sorry to hear that your parcel was delivered outside of this timescale; we have escalated this incident to the courier for further investigation.
Please be reassured that when your order was amended to the correct quantity of treatment the pending transaction was also amended.
We do not actually receive payment from your provider unless your request is approved by our clinical team and the treatment is prepared for dispatch; this allows us to update the quantity prior to capturing the payment.
With some providers this will be displayed as a refund; alternatively, this entire transaction may be amended to reflect the new order total.
