The reason for this is because each order is reviewed by a member of our clinical team. As an online pharmacy, we are unable to see you in a face-to-face environment, we are regulated on the quantity and frequency of codeine-containing products we can dispense per household, therefore we are unfortunately unable to dispatch a replacement order.
To ensure that we were not holding your funds and to allow you to purchase the treatment from your local pharmacy your order was refunded promptly and advice was given by our clinical team at the time.
Your GP may be able to help you diagnose the root cause of your underlying pain and help you draw up a suitable treatment plan to ease your symptoms in the long term, otherwise, 111 would be able to help you find some support in your local area.
“The best short term pain killers! I find paracetamol on its own useless for my monthly pains, and ibuprofen upsets my stomach.
I wouldn’t recommend using more than 3 days at a time, as can cause constipation!”

“Now and then I need relief from my the neck spasm I get and Solpadeine supplies that need. I understand this medication can be adictive so I only take it occasionally. I find it helps quite a lot”
