I have a chronic condition that will not improve, so I need to use these regularly as advised on packaging, no more than three days in a row, the correct amount, etc. I can't understand why I was refused this OTC medication. Needless to say I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future.”

As a fully regulated online pharmacy who cannot see you within a face-to-face environment and these guidelines regulate the quantity of codeine-containing products we are able to dispense per household, and unfortunately the most recent order falls outside of our current prescribing parameters.
Therefore to ensure that we were not holding your funds and to allow you to access further support from your primary clinician we promptly refunded your order in full.
