I am sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel and that this is the first we are aware of this.
From the tracking information available to me I can see that your order was placed, approved and dispatched on the 11th of September. Royal Mail then provided an image of the item being given to the receipt of the address on the 13th September.
