The solpadine to me is something I take now and them for muscle ache caused by impingement a in my shoulders that are not yet at the stage where they are needing operating on.
So in every day life the impingement can cause headaches. And muscle ache. It can be a bit like an annoying toothache, it can wear you down.
But just now and then a solpadine gets me over the edge of the aches .
Seems to work nicely too with sinus ach caused by hayfever..... but I’m no doctor 1”
