“The combination of codeine and paracetamol work well for me and being soluble, they have an almost instant effect. They don't make me tired either which is a common side effect.
I was given morphine from my GP but the Solpadeine actually work better. I think there are different pain relief meds for different types of pain and morphine obviously isn't right for mine.
There is a limit of only a few days you should take these which is a nuisance as my pain is probably ongoing. However, they gives me relief on the days I take them so I'm grateful for that.”
