“Tablets are fine but Royal Mail cost me a lot of messing to return an order that was delayed somehow, then a replacement turned up with the original order! I am an honest bloke and ended up printing labels then taking it to the Post Office, so much messing for my liking.”
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your recent order, it is lovely to see you return to us.
I can see that you have ordered this treatment from us on several occasions and I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the medication provided and that this has been effective.
From reviewing your account I can see that you contacted our support team on the 12th of April as the courier had unfortunately not delivered the parcel within the anticipated timescale and we promptly dispatched a replacement parcel to you on an express service the same working day to help minimise any disruption to your treatment.
Following this I can see that both parcels arrived together on the 15th of April and given you wanted to return one parcel we provided instructions for how to return the parcel to us free of charge.
This returns process can be completed by printing a returns label and affixing it to the unwanted parcel or alternatively by arranging for the courier to collect the parcel from a home or work address where they will provide the label for you.
We follow Royal Mail guidelines for claims and returns however I am sorry to hear that the process of returning the additional parcel with the courier was not as smooth as expected and our support team has contacted you directly accordingly.
“I use piriton as a precaution in case i get stung by a wasp, i am allergic to wasps.
If I sit down after being stung and take 2 tablets that helps me get over the sting .
Also they help with an irritation i get sometimes on my arms.”
