I use this for travel/motion sickness and hay fever.
These are very strong 1 is plenty. 2 will knock you out. As they are also used to aide sleep. This will make you drowsy maybe can be slightly described as the tipsy stage of drinking... so do not take if you're driving or need to be alert.
I find there are no side effects, no grogginess or dry mouth etc.
