Ovex is an effective anti-worm treatment that prevents worms from being able to absorb the sugars from your body, which they need for survival, without this source of energy they will die within 3 days. However it is important to note that this treatment does not kill the threadworm eggs and you can become reinfected, therefore you may require a second single dose of Ovex 2 weeks after your initial treatment.
