“We were blown away by the service we received from The Independent Pharmacy. We wanted cream for my daughter’s eczema, as she’s had a horrible flare up (bleeding skin and scans all up her arms) and we were struggling to get an appointment with our GP. The doctor from The Independent Pharmacy emailed us to confirm she would receive the prescription, but he was concerned that her eczema was quite severe so suggested an additional cream, which he sent us free of charge! He also took the time to email us with lots of additional advice, as well as web links, on how to support her further and reduce the ‘flare up.’ His advice and the additional cream sorted out her skin immediately, but he even sent a follow up email to check she was okay.
