Fybogel will take a day or so it get into your system but with continued use will work.

It is unclear to us what your concern is here, as Fybogel was the product ordered and dispensed.
There is a variant of the packaging for this product, suggesting it is a higher fiber version, however for reassurance our pharmacist has advised that the hi-fiber is just a marketing term the products are effectively identical. The version we ship however reflects the image on the product page.
