“Hubby and I have used these for years as we realised we needed to increase our fibre intake. They are very simple to use. Just put an inch and a half of cold water in a glass, mix thoroughly and drink down in one go. The mixture is slightly gritty but is an excellent source of fibre. My husband mentioned to his doctor he was taking it and the doctor said he wished more people took it. Goes without saying that it keeps you regular.”
