“The colours are not at all what I expected. The dress is pastel with the middle of the dress being more faded in colour than the rest of it. Initially, I wanted to exchange it with something else because the colour was a huge disappointment. But the shape of the dress is still pretty and I decided to keep it because I paid a lot less than the original price (I bought it during the spring sale). However, I don't think it is acceptable to send a pastel dress, especially if someone had paid full price for it. I bought something from The Hippy Shake two years ago and was very happy with what was delivered, so I was surprised to see a drop in quality.”
