“Hello, I purchased these boots a couple of days before the Black Friday sale. If I had waited, I would have saved about $40--which is a lot of money for me. I have asked customer service if I could please return them and re-order them--but I have been told that I would actually need to return the physical boots and have them resent in order to be allowed the sale price. This seems like a lot of unnecessary expense (for both you and I) as well as a bigger carbon footprint than is necessary. As a first time buyer, I had hoped for better customer service. JR”
