“I have just been informed that my order for Hex 225 mm screws are to be delivered. However my original order was placed on 24th May this was apparently dispatched the next day, but somehow lost by your courier. after my inquiry and some confusion regarding stocking you kindly re-dispatched my order. Now some eight days later as we approach the bank holidays I am going to have to wait a further two days at least. My workmen have been waiting for these screws to complete a job. This has cost me considerable delays and money. Whilst I appreciate your concern. I feel you should definitely REVIEW AND IMPROVE your delivery systems to prevent future frustration, costs, and disappointments towards your loyal customers.”
