“Great service from Suregreen, very speedy too, package wrapped well too. Only moan is at Gripple manufacturer; they used to enclose a tiny piece of strong strengthened wire that acted as tool to unlock the cam; they don't do that now and it's a pain to find a piece of wire that is so thin that it fits the cam, but yet doesn't bend so the tool works. It'll cost less than 1p to enclose one in every pack, please ask them to reinstate because it was so helpful and convenient.”
