“The order arrived and there was no problem with it. I've taken off two stars because the order arrived later than I expected at about 12 working days. I called several times to find out the status of my order. The phone process was frustrating, as there was a system to wait for a call back, and the call backs were often 30 minutes or so after I called and went straight to my voicemail, often with my phone not even ringing.”
