“Suregreen subcontracted this to Tuffnells, who refused to communicate and directed all communications to Suregreen. Tuffnells did not say when they were delivering, and as a result I was not there when they came. They only left part of the order - and despite multiple chasing with Suregreen, I still do not have the balance of the order 1 month later. Suggest you don't sell to private customers if you can't manage the customer service effectively.”

I am sorry that our choice of courier have let you down on this occasion, we use a variety of different couriers depending on the product. I can see that you have requested a replacement order which was issued but then advised us the remaining part of the order had arrived.
