“Very disappointed. Bamboo fell out of the wiring due to not being secured properly, very flimsy and arrived with damp/mould within the packaging. I don't usually leave bad reviews as I would rather email the company directly to give the opportunity to rectify the issue but still not received a response to my complaint. Would not recommend or use this company again. Waste of money!!!”

“Supplied on time very reasonably priced too. I have found something similar at Wilco which I believe is a slightly inferior quality but nearly always out of stock. Even with the delivery cost Suregreen came in slightly cheaper and I believe with a better comparable product. I would definitely recommend.”

“Could be a bit more robust. Did what I needed which was to wrap round an ugly container to disguise it. However the wires holding the individual pieces of bamboo together were very loose and the bamboo strips kept falling out whilst I was trying to fit it, which was very frustrating & I spent ages threading them back into place. However it looks great now it's finished.”
