“Cannot write a true review as never received product. Was delivered to wrong address. Company said they would arrange collection and re delivery, 1 week later still nothing. Phoned company who just said they would refund when I would quite like to have reordered if offered however refund has arrived promptly”

“I ordered this item in good faith they use a carrier that tracks and requires a signature. Apparently, it was left on our front doorstep while we were on holiday and they forged my signature as received When I emailed to ask what had happened, I had a rude reply saying it was not their problem. I asked repeatedly for help but this was not forthcoming as they just kept saying 'Refer to our terma and conditions Eventually, I opened a dispute with their carrier and after some time, the driver admitted it was his fault and paid the cost Why couldn't Suregreen give decent customer service after I had paid for a tracked secure delivery Needless to say, I won't ever use or recommend them again”
