“Customer phone lines were very busy but good service once through. The bundle arrived with two sleepers short, called and was refunded. Driver was friendly and helpful.”

“8 9rdered these 22 sleepers from Suregreen on 8th April 2023 of a total £500 the problem was I have been chasing these also another order placed the same day of 20 fence panels plus extra bits to. I had to keep phoning so many times to chase my order up 3 weeks later still an unfinished back garden. I made a complaint about this order and called them to cancel the order but before I did I called the delivery company about this order but they stated they have not received my 22 sleepers and that they were still with Suregreen. I called Suregreen again to chase this order up and got told my delivery got lost then I was told they were with the delivery company so I said to Suregreen that they was not with them as they hadn't picked them up yet after 3 weeks i got fed up and cancelled my £500 ordered and demanded compensation for the lack of Customer Service their side”
