“took 4 weeks to be delivered to me, i was the one having to send emails to chase where my order was, i was told that my order was being dispatched then got an email to say the van had broken down then got another email to say another courier would deliver and to expect a call, one week later was called to ask me what day i would like it delivered picked a day, i was left with two pallets that i now have to break down and take to the dump! and to top it of my delivery charge was £15 pound!”

“My order was scheduled to be delivered and when it came for some unknown reason 2 fence panels were missing off the order, I contacted Suregreen who apologised and promptly dispatched replacements which I now have, they are of very good quality compared to fence panels you would get from many garden supply retailers and somebody somewhere got 2 free”
