“I recently put a review on Trustpilot giving one star as I received an email from Suregreen saying my refund of £73 would show in my bank within 10 days. When it did not I contacted my bank who could not find it and posted me some dispute forms. I telephoned the bank again to check today and upon further examination they found the £73 had not been claimed by Suregreen and must have bounced back into my bank when I cancelled the order. So the email from Suregreen must have been in error. I have now edited my review with Trustpilot and given 5 stars and an explanation.”
