“I ordered the gift for my sister, her Birthday. I am always travelling and the gift was sent as urgent to be delivered Saturday 09/12/23 as her birthday was on Sunday. I ordered before 2pm Friday 08/12/23 and paid extra, a total of around nine pounds, to guarantee the delivery. it did not arrive until Monday 11/12/23. Birthday suprise ruined, thank you.”
