“Great variety of hampers, it was hard to choose. My sister was very excited to receive her gift and has enjoyed it very much. My only issue was that it was delivered a day late, but I understand it is not always possible to manage couriers.”

“This was a present for my son and his partner which when received was lovely. The courier however was not great. My son had to follow up with the courier when the gift didn't arrive, they told him they had tried to deliver on the selected day but no one was home when there had been people at the house all day. They told him that he would have to drive to their warehouse to pick it up. He eventually spoke to someone who agreed to redeliver. Very annoying but the gift was great.”

“Brilliant website to use great company to deal with the hamper I ordered was excellent my brother in law loved it. The only disappointing thing was it wasn't delivered on the day of his birthday which was out of Smart Gift Solutions hands the fault was the delivery company but Smart Gift Solutions refunded my postal money. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely them again.”
