“Item arrived on time, however as I was sending a birthday gift to my friend in UK, I was concerned that I did not receive any email confirmation of 1) the order 2) the order delivery. I had to ask my friend if it had arrived. I could see the transaction on my bank statement but that is all I had. I have checked junk mail and nothing there either. Item looked attractive as in the website, my friend was delighted.”

I'm sorry to hear you did not receive any email notifications from us, we understand how important it is to receive confirmation or your order details and tracking thereafter. I notice the way 'health' is spelt in your email address is incorrect which is most likely why you have not received any updates from us I'm afraid.
