My kids grandad recieved the crate, the quality of the crate, the items inside and even the little card were done with such care and attention to detail. He absolutely loved it. Would definately recommend. Was delivered on time with no complications or missing items.”

“Let me start by saying the actual hamper was very nice and greatly received.... In the end !! However the customer service was awful from this company. We had the address wrong on the original order (given by a colleage) I very quickly called the company, but they don't answer the phone, you have to send an email. I sent the email requesting the address be changed to which it was updated. When I received the updated notification I noticed the lady had put the address in wrong and address it to a totally different company. I again called and emailed and no response until the next day. I asked someone to call me to rectify the situation and didnt even get a reply. I had to try to track down where my package had gone myself. It didnt turn up to the right place until days later and I felt so embarrassed that it had the wrong company listed. This was a hamper for a client of ours and becuase of the error, it made us look stupid. Our client was very happy in the end with the hamper but I wouldnt order from these guys again- no customer service at all. They didn't try to help at all.”

“Very easy and professional service. This was a gift so I can’t personally comment on the quality of the product but the receiver was over the moon with it. It was also delivered 3 days before the stated delivery date.”
