“Ordered with another hamper that never turned up was told it was shipping separately but never arrived. Told me on 21st Dec that they couldnt find it and another couldnt be sent as none left in stock. Email apology received but the service this year has been very poor. No emails to say goods shipping and my account didn't update on the several orders i placed to say the goods had been processed or dispatched. Felt very worried none of them would arrive on time. Had to request confirmation on several. Some arrived with no tags so people had no idea who the hampers were from. No offer of compensation or discount for future orders to show good will.”
