“The kettle is fantastic , really good quality, apart from the lid and locking mechanism, it fell apart and I had to re-assemble it about 8 times , I ended up superglueing it which solved it, don’t expect any help from customer services , they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Never answered me apart from to ask for photos on an upload site then I never got a reply. The kettle works fine after I glued it so I couldn’t be bothered to chase it up. Be aware of this when you buy , but the boiling using Alexa app is fantastic and is very useful.”

“This is my second smart kettle my precious with another brand. This one is much sleeker and looks great. I do miss the water indicator though and the app water level isn’t that accurate. The app does the job but isn’t the best interface.
Delivery was really quick and I was kept up to date.
Only thing that’s isn’t great is it’s very noisy I am sure it has got worse in the couple of months we have had it, it sounds like it’s going to take off.”
