Very convenient when you are away and need hot water by the time you get home. Just make sure to add water when you leave.

“This would be a fantastic product if the software works properly. The software was made for the UK meaning everything is set up in Celsius and when you try to set it to Fahrenheit it defaults back down to Celsius. The software does not hold the temperature changes. It often refers back to 32°. When you call for technical support they demand that you send a video of the issue but they force you to sign up with this service just to send a video. I guess it get a kickback from that company. They refused to refund my money even though I express to issue Within 3 days of purchase. When is software works properly for the u.s. meeting supporting Fahrenheit and accept it changes the first time if at all I would love this product and I will personally give it five stars but for right now it's only getting one and that is too generous.”

“I love it. So convenient to wake up and have water ready for my cup final tea/ coffee. Design brings a little bit of sophistication to kitchen appliances. I just find it to be way too noisy.”
“Incredible product that works very well with our Google smart home!! Heats up fast and has cool keep warm and formula settings.
Only fault is that it automatically locks the lid so that you can’t open it while the kettle is hot, even when it’s not heating and is just after a boil. I get it’s probably a safety feature but they should really have at least an option to disable this annoying feature as I am having to fill the kettle through the nose when I make a chemex of coffee and some tea. Not really something I should have to do for a $100 tea kettle.
Other than that AWESOME. I bought it for the smart home connectivity and it is PERFECT.”
“I love the kettle, but here are a few suggestions for future upgrades:
- the power cord needs to be longer
- there should be an external way to see/know water levels inside the kettle
- there should be a way to tell the temp of the water inside as it boils so you can stop it at any point when it reaches the temp you want”
“I researched forever to find the best kettle and chose Smarter. I am happy I did. What surprised me was that my favourite part is having it connected to my Google Home. I don't even have to go to the app to boil the kettle, just ask Google. The app is good as well. The kettle is large which is great as it holds water for my entire day. My only negatives would be that the lid button is finicky and I often have to press it more than once. My other issue is I wish once you took the kettle off the base to pour your tea that the kettle didn't turn off. I wish you could put it back on the base and it would stay "warming". To solve this I just press the on button on the base right away.”
