Shipment into Ukraine was fine.
I'm still using the kettle but in general, I like the device and its connectivity with google home.
I was expecting a bit better quality of materials. It's indeed good enough but my expectation was higher -- that's why my mark is 4 of 5.
Recommend to those who like smart home stuff.

“The device (kettle 3.0) doesn't work. After trying to solve the problem with the support-team I got a replacement a few days later. Also the second device doesn't work here in Switzerland. I have some other devices integrated in my wifi (e.g. an intelligent doorbell), the smarter-kettle is the first one without a successful integration. I don't know where the technical problem is, but there is a problem. Now I use the kettle as what it is: as a kettle without wifi... Good service but a "failed device".”
“Very good quality and a good aesthetic. Works very well with my Google Assistant and is easy to set up. Would like a water level indicator on the kettle itself but this is not a dealbreaker. Would also prefer an EU plug to be fitted to the device rather than having to use an adapter.”
