“Very good kettle but notifications are not working. The kettle is of good size and is a very good one. That was what we were trying to find. The smart feature was a bonus, and we were willing to pay an extra price for these features. However, even if the smart features work perfectly, the notifications are not working. Sent an email to customer care who told me to uninstall the application and re-install it. Did what I was told, but still no notification which is very disappointing.”

“This kettle is a really good product. I had some issues with wifi connections. It didn't want to connect at a far distance from the router. For configuring I moved it nearer to the router, after configuring it works well even quite far from the router. I set up Wake Up mode, so I have boiled water when I get up. Also, Siri helps me start boiling when I say just 'Hey Siri, Heat the Kettle to 100C', so it's quite a comfortable way to switch on Kettle. The application allows you to control the temperature and level of water. Keep Warm mode also is a quite good feature. This Kettle boils water quite faster and it can keep the temperature even without special mode quite good. I am totally happy with this purchase. I can recommend it for everyone who wants to bring quite a smart device to their home, also, it can be quite a good thing for the gift as well.”
“It's always worth waiting to write a review until after you've lived with it for a few months. My initial major grip of "I can't see how much water is left in the kettle", has disappeared. However, we now have a new gripe of "Why does the kettle sound like a steamroller is ploughing through the kitchen?".
It's a great kettle. It boils quickly. It has many settings... which.. we don't really use anymore since we set it to suit us when we initially installed it. Talking of which - installation was easy.
The only two complaints we have are, firstly, the unusually high noise levels of the boiling kettle, and also, a lack of greater integration with Google Home. the Smarter app is great.. but we only ever use it for checking the water levels before boiling, or what temperature the water is at. But that means we have to go into another app, whereas we already have Google Home up and running on several devices, and all you can do in there is turn it on or off. I'd really like to see improvement in that area in the future.”
