“Kettle works as expected, acceptable build quality. Where the company falls down is the lack of communication in terms of customer service. I submitted evidence on the latest iOS and iPadOS software regarding immediate app crashing upon trying to setup siri shortcuts in app, with little headway or blame redirected at me despite having the relatively latest hardware (iPhone 12 Pro) and latest iPad Pro M1 + iPad Mini 6. Customer support via the App store as well as email has been a joke. Smart is an overstatement, I'd say internet enabled kettle is adequate - the app itself works fine, but don't expect any kind of integration with siri/apple ecosystem.”
