“Problems with programming amount of cups and problems with the alarm settings. Coffee machine goes off sometimes with no alarm set. I emailed the company and they never replied.”

“The coffee maker is ok, needs to be able to set keep warm time to 1 hr like most other coffee machines. Also, if paying this much for coffee machine for Australia, wire in the australian plug instead of provided a UK-AUS adapter.”
