“I bought the mat and used it in bed but it has made absolurely no difference to my sleep whatsoever. I kept getting shocks from if i used my iphone or ipad while they were plugged in and decided to return it for a refund. Wish I had not persevered for as long as I did because when I did decide to return it, it was 2 days outside the return period! Waste of time and money.”

Ah..... OK, so you can use the meditation sheet in bed but a fitted sheet is better as it wont move around. Your phone / iPad when on charge will have a voltage on the outer case. If you are holding the phone / iPad and you are on the sheet, then the sheet is conducting the voltage away to earth through your body and this is the tingling you can feel. Its not dangerous but it is uncomfortable..... We 100% don't recommend using phones or tablets when on a bedsheet if they are on charge for this very reason. Its a well documented phenomenon worldwide and shows that the earthing sheet is working perfectly as the tingling is your body conducting away the electricity down to earth nice and safely. I hope that explains it and maybe you can try using the product again with out getting the tingles..... Best regards, Steve, Simon and The Team at Sleep Earthed.

“I've given the earthing sheet 5 stars as the sheet itself is high quality, I bought it as I don't have a garden where I can walk barefoot to ground myself. I can't tell if it is doing anything, I wish I could check somehow if my body is grounded enough. I already sleep well so I can't use that as an indicator,I sleep on the mat even though it's just the small siize.”

Hello from Sleep Earthed, The Meditation sheet is designed to give you an earthing experience whilst meditating. However it's not going to give you the 7 or 8 hours you would get if you had say for instance an Earthing Bed Sheet. We make the Meditation Sheet because we were asked by yoga enthusiasts to give them something they could use whilst meditating, to give them a deeper connection to the Earth. As people generally don't meditate for 8 hours a day, if its sleep you were seeking to improve, then maybe a bedsheet or a pillowcase would be a better option ? “I bought a 80cm Square Multi Purpose Meditation Earthing Sheet, but I use it on my bed to sleep on, I have a trapped nerve thats causes me a lot of pain over the years, but since I’ve been sleeping on the sheet it’s not totally gone but it has eased, I’m hoping that one day it will be totally healed due to sleeping earthed.”
