“Nice pillow cases but to be honest I've not noticed any difference in my sleep I track my sleep stats with a Whoop band and I've not noticed any change!”

Thanks for your review, Sometimes it can take longer than a few weeks to see results, especially if you've been a poor sleeper for a long time. Can we ask..... Are you in direct contact with the pillowcase and have not put another one on top of it. We see this sometimes and without direct contact with the silver threads, you wont feel the earthing effect. We would definitely ask you to persevere, as almost all of the people who buy the products from us, they eventually feel the benefits but some people take longer than others to react well to them. “We jave the sheets and are Excellent, But in our Caravan we have Two single beds, so we bought the pillow cases for pur caravan and we can still sleep earthed, at home and away. they worl great and won't sleep any other way now. Thanks Made in Uk .”

“DATA PROVES ITS BENEFIT. Using Sleepearthed products, my HRV goes up more than 50%. Without it, it falls back. HRV can be used as a measure of health and body resilience. Hence, I have no doubt of the benefit to my overall health. No need to wait years to see a difference, the following morning my sleep tracker (OURA) shows the result. JUST GET IT.”

“I bought 4 earthing pillow cases, one for each of us. We have used them every night for the last two weeks and just with a pillow case our sleep has changed. My mum had a stroke 3 years ago and rarely sleeps a full night and is extremely fidgety, since having the pillow case she stays still while asleep, looks rested went she wakes up in the morning and seems to finding her words better. My partner is so much quieter when sleeping. My daughter feels she sleeps longer but still struggles going to sleep and my self I seem to go to sleep quicker and feel more comfortable and not tossing and turning to get comfy. I will be investing in some sheets very soon as the pillow cases seemed to have made a difference to each one of us.”

We do recommend that when people are starting out on their Earthing Journey, that they try the pillowcases first to check that they work for them.
