Hello Bob, So different people react differently to the earthing bed sheets and pillow cases. For some its instantaneous and others it might take a while, but there are results when using our products. As a natural cure this isn't like taking two Nurofen and the problem goes away. The body takes time to react to sleeping earthed. Like most people who experience this kind of reaction, we would ask you a few pertinent questions..... 1. Are you sleeping directly on the sheet / pillow case and have not put another sheet or pillow case over the top ? If not you are not getting the benefit of earthing as you need to be touching the sheet directly 2. Its worth leaving the product alone for a week and coming back to it as a lot of clients don't feel the cumulative effect of Sleeping Earthed until they don't use it for a while. Then they actually feel that it has helped them but its been so gradual that they found difficulty in measuring it. “Delivery of the earthing pillow was prompt. I found the material comfortable to sleep on and presumably because it is earthed it gave me some relief from headaches that I occasionally get. Happy all in all. Thank you.”

“The pillow case looks nice and is soft to sleep on. Since using it, I seem to be sleeping more deeply and I am remembering dreams. Aches and pains that I experience in bed appear to have eased. I am pleased to have tried this out and will continue to use it.”
