“Well I was sceptical but I think it can't be a coincidence that my sleep has significantly improved. I usually wake up anywhere between 2 and 4am and, frustratingly, remain awake for a couple of hours. Since using my pillow I've noticed that, although I do still wake up, I'm able to get back to sleep within a few minutes. Amazingly last night I didn't wake at all - maybe this will become the new norm - I am hopeful!”
