“First of all it's UK made, not from China as others seem to be. Good quality & it fits my double bed well & as it's fitted it doesn't move about in the night! I can't say it's revolutionised my sleep, though I think I do drift off more quickly most nights (when the mind isn't racing!) but I do think it's reducing inflammation in my body as I'm taking less painkillers for my dodgy "60 something" knees & back, though I also do red light therapy so maybe the combination is making the difference. Anyway whatever it is, it's a good thing & makes it worth the investment for me. Thanks!”

Ah the old electric shocks....... This is very likely because you are using your iPhone / iPad or similar in bed and you have it on charge too. Or amazingly on charge under your pillow, but in touch with the bedsheet. So Phone and Tablet cases ( the metal outer case ) when charging have a voltage present on the outside of the case. Under normal circumstances you would not notice it, but when laying on an earthing sheet / pillowcase, the voltage is being drawn away through your body down to earth through our bedsheet. That's what it should do and its Woking 100% perfectly. You will likely feel a tingling. When you have an earthing sheet, what we suggest not to using it in bed whilst on charge. This them will stop the tingling. Or it could be that you are very statically charged ( synthetic clothes perhaps ) and when you get into bed you get a small shock which is the bedsheet discharging the static electricity from your body - Again this is what is should do and nothing to be concerned about. “love this product, I can definitely feel the difference. For me, I can tell I fall asleep a lot quicker and don't wake up at all in the night. I wake up with more energy and getting out of bed is easier. I feel like I have more confidence in myself, probably from improved sleep, and just feel a lot more in tune. I bought one of these for my dad a few months ago who has struggled with sleep for over a decade, usually getting 3 hours or less. He now gets about 6-7 hours on average which is a huge improvement and I can see all the same improvements in him. In my experience this is a 10/10 product and 100% worth the money.”
